@tragedyjones You should try Beyond Earth at some point. It's fun as hell, but I will say it misses some of the flair of Civ 5.

I know a good 20 or so players, myself included, transitioned way from java- and add-on-based games to MUSHes when it was going through a period similar to the won TJ described above (only 2 games, really, and the rest dying off after a few months). They honestly aren't that hard to find if you're looking for a word game. People also shout the out on RPG forums every so often.

@ThatOneDude While I will also champion more over less, fighting styles seemed to be the worst route to add more to. I do appreciate certain newer styles (like Falconry and Mounted Combat), and reintroducing ones we had before (such as Archery and Shurikenjutus/Throwing). However, I do hate that some styles/arts represented in GMC are now defunct or can now become even more complicated. For my game I think I may just incorporate the ones for weapons that didn't have representation in GMC, and ignore the rest.

I will admit I feel the same way I did when Armory/Reloaded came out. It's nice and all, but the glut of Fighting Styles is kind of disconcerting.

I obviously can't speak for others, but I didn't see too big an issue with the FATE system. I just don't like it.

Every werewolf book, every vampire book sans The Testament of Longinus and that joke Dracula book, Asylum, Mage core, Tome of the Watchtowers, Adamantine Arrow, WoD Core, Skinchangers, Antagonists, Geist 1e (biggest waste of fucking money), Book of Spirits, and Armory. Beyond that I do have every nWoD book on PDF. I only plan on buying PoD versions of Demon, and I want all of the books for the splat.
