I wouldn't mind, except that I've gotten to the point where I put a list of everything I've tried in the help ticket, or list it when describing what is happening over the phone and they STILL ask if I have tried restarting.
Our IT doesn't have a script they use.

I can't get my interactive display to play audio. Also I KNOW that this thing should work basically as a stand-alone computing device cuz I played with another teacher's and did it LAST YEAR.
The real peeve:
I have to call Tech Services.
I hate doing that, it either takes forever to get a ticket resolved, or they say, "No, x has to do this" or they treat me like I'm an idiot as they run through the troubleshooting that, yes, I have already done and TOLD THEM I already did.

Nah, the directions (which, admittedly, I assumed also applied to a hand mixer but should have known better), said specifically power levels and amount of time to beat at.
I find if I don't follow bread recipes EXACTLY they don't turn out well. (I'm not a very good baker/cook. No one will starve but they might also not enjoy it much either.)

Baking recipes that assume you have a standing mixer but don't MENTION it in the actual tools.
There are many places where a hand mixer does not cut it.
Excuse me as I go back to scraping bits of dough off of every part of me... and changing clothes. An apron was not sufficient for this!
