RE: RL Anger
I have a blog on the tumblr, because I like shouting into the void occasionally. Also puppies. That's basically all though, as far as I remember.

@Misadventure Teaching is a job like any other. You'll find people that are truly, deeply, and inspiringly passionate about their choice of vocation. You'll find people that suck the life out of everything they touch.
Everyone remembers the teachers that they hated. Everyone remembers the teacher (almost always singular) that they loved. Nobody remembers the average joe that did their best.

@Misadventure As a teacher, I object to that characterisation.
As a human being, you're too damn right.

@Ganymede It was more the "tear" aspect of things that scared me. I'm not afraid of a labia.

- It is a truth universally acknowledged, that a single man in possession of a good fortune, must be in want of a wife. And then the murders began.
- It was a bright cold day in April, and the clocks were striking thirteen. And then the murders began.
- Someone must have slandered Josef K., for one morning, without having done anything truly wrong, he was arrested. And then the murders began.
- Somewhere in la Mancha, in a place whose name I do not care to remember, a gentleman lived not long ago, one of those who has a lance and ancient shield on a shelf and keeps a skinny nag and a greyhound for racing. And then the murders began.

All Gaul is divided into three parts, one of which the Belgae inhabit, the Aquitani another, those who in their own language are called Celts, in our Gauls, the third. And then the murders began.

It's okay.

RE: We Need a Game Set In the Roman Empire.
Around the time of Spartacus, one in every three people in Roman held territories was a slave. This varied regionally, of course.
I had an idea to set a game, a while ago, in the Roman/Greek colony of Narbo Martius, in what's now the south of France. Sort of a Roman wild west type deal.
