I finally went to Congress Bridge the other week.
Haven't been to any game store except Dragon's Lair and love it. Don't need another.

I haven't LARPed since Greenville, SC because that was way too much drama for me, ugh.

Now that I have a car I intend to fully learn Austin..... if I ever get free time. I'm up to working 6 days a week starting Monday. (Unless I get this new job).

Anyway, I was dragged to the Driskill Bar on my birthday and I highly recommend checking it out. It's pretty damn swank but in a way that is wholly TX.

Actually, Austin. I just moved here last year and there's some interesting locations in the city (The Driskill, for one, would make a pretty cool Elysium).

Having grown up in DC, it'd be a meh location for me.

I can see the difficulty of Berlin or London in that regard. I just like the idea of Berlin because of the insane tunnel network beneath it. Like a Necropolis on crack.

I had actually been trying to use "dick" instead of any female-gendered insult because a little turnabout is fair play (even if an eye for an eye makes the world blind). I think I've come down to "asshole is better."

I'm gonna be that guy and say that this might be best for the Game Dev board and I will gladly move it there (then an official announcement once you're open can be put here).

But hey, I'm excited! I've wanted to open an Expanse game myself and have a lot of ideas, but I am HELLA BUSY.

Did I not get the memo on "gaslighting is the new buzzword"? I swear this is the only place I hear this phrase come up more than once in a blue moon, and weirdly enough, it seems to only ever come from a certain crowd.

I do not think I have ever made the accusation on these boards. However, it was the specifically naming SunnyJ as someone who complains about dogpiling/attacks/et al that pinged my spidey senses here because SunnyJ is probably one of the more chill people on the boards who has no fucks to give on a general basis.

As for the 'arguing with' I actually noted to Gany and Ark both already that this is already, very obviously, a troll and what my personal recommendation is.
