As someone who worked in a strip club, you learn some things. Cocktail waitresses also get propositioned. Strippers don't wear 4 inch heels, they wear 6+ inch heels because the platform makes all the difference. (I knew this from fetish though) Good stripper shoes are also the cheap ones (love those Pleasers!) A good waitress will go the extra mile to get her dancer some lap dances because the dancer will spread that love around. Yeah. Pole dancing is hard. Stripping isn't. I have seen way more strippers just lean against the pole than actually pole dance. The hard part about stripping is dealing with the customers.

I'll start. The good - Every day of the new year I've made my step goal, 20 flights of stairs and been under 1200 calories (which is still higher than I want to be). So yay.

The suck parts - I can't seem to make my protein goal, I haven't been to the gym proper because I have an abcessed tooth and that's apparently a no no. Something something death blah blah. Bloglates has some great at home workouts but sick. So soon.

Goals? This flat white girl ass has got to do something. That something means get rounder. I'd like to lose 20 or maybe 30 pounds to finally hit under 130. I want to be fit enough to get a boob job and a tummy tuck. I think a half marathon would be amazing to accomplish considering my asthma and just being fat. I'd also love to take pole dancing classes. Also, once I'm well I'm going to up my steps to cover at least 5 miles. By the end of the year I hope to be hitting 20k a day.

@Arkandel Its a thing, as you can see. I don't get it much on say ESO, other than the occasional accusation of being a pre pubescent boy by sound. I do get a lot of 'hold up, Dave is a girl?!' But on mu*? I think most girls have been accused of being a dude. I like boobs. I played in the early 90s when it wasn't a super girl hobby to rp and we didn't have skype to prove otherwise. It stuck.

@Three-Eyed-Crow Agreed. It takes a LONG time. I still see myself as REALLY fat even after losing almost 100 pounds. I'm less than 20 pounds overweight now but in my mind I'm still a giant cow. I literally can't see it. It's also much harder now to get the same amount of weight loss I was once seeing because my TDEE and BMR is so much lower now than it once was.

Losing weight is super simple. Eat less than you burn in calories a day. Just because it's simple doesn't mean it's easy.

Anger - Having to get insurance to preauthorize an emergency treatment. Could take up to 30 days. Wtf. At least I have drugs.

When it's cold and dark outside but you still have to make your 10k steps so you pace up and down the garage and run up and down the stairs. Didn't get to the gym because of my toothache. This is lame but it's day 3 of the year.
