@JinShei Oh maaaaaan. What I wouldn't give to be able to go back and see Buffy for the first time again. My sister and I have watched all the seasons together. Any time one of us was sick, we'd make mac and cheese, pop in the next disc, and binge. Before it was a thing.

(ETA: My father, despite having caught me in various acts with various boyfriends/FWB over the years, for a while was convinced I was a lesbian, because I like women, too. It took him... oh, 15 years to grasp that I liked both.)

So uh... someone I follow on social media, has been doing some video chats with various experts about autism and being on the spectrum. She has a daughter who is diagnosed autistic, and took a test, that heavily suggested she may be, as well.

I took the test. Let's just say I never, ever, thought some of the things I do/feel/etc, could be autism related. I thought everyone felt/did/etc those things

Well, 4+ hours of playlist, and not a single song skipped/fast forwarded. I am oddly proud of myself. It was a pretty great drive, tbh.

@L-B-Heuschkel Yeah, I have Fibro too, and there's a couple small spots today (The palm of my hand, for chrissakes, making it a bitch to use my laptop and do my job), but that's being overshadowed by the screaming pain in my lower spine.

Irony: About 5 minutes after I made my post, my rheumatologist called me. And told me to stop being a dumbass and take the meds he ordered me, and I can take care of the blood work later in the week. He's seriously the best doc ever.

My adhd Is full on in the genius cat. Other than the honors/etc crap, my anxiety is mostly in the genius category. But my depression is mostly workaholic with a little cryptid thrown in.

I can't get over this - it has been two days, and it still rankles.

I've had three deaths, in the last three months. I'm in call with a supervisor about an issue in a case I'm working on.

"Oh hey, why weren't you at the team meeting yesterday?"
Me : I had calling hours and services for my grandmother.
"Geez, I can't believe you've had three people die of Covid. It's like, insane. It's just a lot, huh?"

None of them died of Covid. And her tone... just jesus fuck, talk about insensitive.

Hall of Famer, 'Chairman of the Board' Whitey Ford - 91 This passed me by, and seeing it now makes me sad. I'm not a Yankees Fan, but this guy was awesome. While he battled with Alzheimer's, he was watching the Yankees play when he passed.

My little inner nerd is sobbing. There were so many nights Jeopardy was the only thing that made me feel good about myself.

@Derp Well, as I haven't had anyone come over for sex in quite some time (because I'm a fucking hermit), my method: Wait until it irritates the fuck out of you, then overdo it and throw all sorts of shit away you'll need a week in the future.

My sister is a nurse assigned to the Covid unit. Every day is terrifying for me, because she is one of the best people in my life, and the world would be a very poor place indeed, if we lost that light.

Of course, her working in that unit, means I don't get to see her. Because I'm 'vulnerable', and all that shit. And it sucks. Because I just want to hang out with her, and have her tell me all the whacked out shit she sees every day. Just to hang out and let her unwind, and tell me everything. I miss her, and worry, and thinking about it just makes me ramble.
