I had so many teachers that learned to let me read my own books. Because I knew what they were talking about. Generally once they tried to 'get' me a couple times, and I would sigh and answer them correctly, they let it go.

As someone who grew up watching baseball with my dad, even if Hank was before my time.. this still makes me sad. Man grew up with Jim Crow laws, and was just an amazing ball player despite all the hate.

Woke up this morning, and trying to do anything with my hand made me cry out in pain. Hours later, ...and some pot, and it's so much better...other than my thumb.

There's been something wrong there a while. The knuckle pops with motion and it just hurts like a bitch. But trying to get time off to see anyone..

people love your stuff. I eagerly click on the crafting thread every time it pops up with a post, looking for more cats. And I don't even play on Arx, know who any of those characters are, and I'm not even a cat PERSON. So there. You make people happy, and that shit needs to be supported.

@solstice I appreciate the thought, but all that happened was I got taken off steroids, so I lost a shit ton of water weight, stopped eating/snacking as often, and kept walking the dog.

It does not feel like a big accomplishment. (I know, I know, 30 lbs is no joke. But brain weasels. the assholes.)
