New chair has arrived, days before expected. So excite. Putting that bad boy together later.

Well, when they had me all over, schedule wise, yes, I crashed a few times. I got them to set a schedule, so I have fairly set breaks/lunch.

And yes, last week when I crashed so bad, I had been in training that morning and not able to keep my regular, fixed schedule. It wasn't off by much, but such is life.

I've adjusted my insulin 3 times in the last month, and since last Wednesday, nothing out of the ordinary.

@derp We have a camera already, but one of the dogs doing it is a chihuahua. Which clearly does not take the same size shit as a pit bull, but.. clearly they don't get it.

@derp Alas, we didn't have the camera at an angle to show her swiping things. She hid INSIDE the hallway while she did everything else, and we don't have a camera on the front door (working on it). I spoke to my brother (a cop) and he told me there wouldn't be anything the cop could really do.

@greenflashlight It was cancer. It was deemed terminal long ago, but he'd kept one step ahead for so long.. no one really saw the end coming. Just last week we were talking about food cravings.

ETA: Not related to friend's passing, but construction is super loud, driving the dog nuts, and then my IT ticket didn't actually GET into the system. I teams messaged an IT guy, no response. An hour after I tell my supervisor, she puts a ticket in from her end. I'm about to blow my stack.

@hedgehog Well, I spoke the Rheumatologist a couple of hours ago. They spoke to the Neuro, who has thankfully said MJ would be fine.

So now I will be referred to an office that handles such things, since neither of them do. But the Rheum gave me a phone number to call to tell them that he was referring me, etc.., but he can't remember who the office is (he got the number from another doctor in the office) I call it, and it's a voicemail. But it does not state the office name, or anything. It's a standard automated VM message. So I don't leave a message,

I call the Rheum office back, to try and find out.. but now I need to wait until tomorrow. Blah.

ETA: Most NSAIDS are out - I'm on a steroid. I need to be off tylenol because there are signs it could be affecting my liver, and my headaches may be because of using it so much. I have not tried kratom, and do not think I would. As for delta-8, I have tried it, but I have found the gummies are hard to manage the dose just right.

You guys .. The whole 'people walking/standing behind me, need my back to a wall' - I thought that was just me. (and maybe some of my PTSD. My abuser would come up behind me while I was sitting and grab my neck or my hair, etc - so it's probably both). And yet, I'm sitting here with tears in my eyes, because these things - they're not /just me/. I'm 'weird' but I'm not alone.
