RE: Where's your RP at?
I'm playing on Fear & Loathing and having a fantastic time. Got a great vamp admin who's running an amazing gamewide plot right now and the players are the most inclusive and skillful RPers. Other than that, having fun over on Fallcoast with the little feral I have.

RE: Coming Soon: Arx, After the Reckoning
I'll say it again, it's being staffed by people that staffed on Firan. Why anyone expected anything different to the mentality that prevailed there, I have no idea.

RE: Darinelle's Playlist
Hi Darinelle! I was Marsia/Demelza on Firan, amongst others. Caoimhe mentored Rue a bit on TR in croney stuffs, and you ran some Pure plotlines for my wolfblood Gertie there too. Was sorry when you stopped logging in, but it's good to see you back. I'll say it now, you were the only staff on Firan that actually seemed to care about the players!

RE: Fear and Loathing
@Monogram I asked staff and the answer was they're not, nor have they plans to. Sorry. However, I think there's quite an active Geist sphere in Fallcoast if you've not already dipped a toe in over there.

Fear and Loathing
FEAR AND LOATHING: 138.197.94.50 8000 / www.fandlmux.com
Fear and Loathing is a Las Vegas based nWoD game using 1e theme and GMC rules. The game approaches the Storyteller and MU system a bit different than most games. Staff do not run metaplot - the game is a player-centric game. Staff are purely OOC in function: they approve characters, handle XP spends, set notes, handle +jobs, approve theme and story ideas (see below), and otherwise keep the game running. For this reason, staff are not restricted in what Spheres or IC positions they can play in, but they cannot approve their own characters or handle their own +jobs.
Being player-centric means that staff encourage players to be Storytellers and make plots using the setting and theme provided. They also encourage them to BUILD on it, add to it, and help it grow. In a way it's a sandbox game - a sandbox for the players. You decide what you want to do, and staff just keep the toys clean and functioning. To facilitate this, they have eased a number of the restrictions you commonly see on other games regarding PRPs (player run plots), and have added incentives to encourage inclusion and co-operation. Whilst PRPs are looked over before they go live, it's only to make sure nothing gets out of hand or too crazy. Staff want to be a game that finds reasons to say 'Yes' rather than 'No'. They also allow for several different types of character that other games do not, including transfers.
At this time the game is accepting Vampire: the Requiem, Changeling: the Lost, Changing Breeds, Immortal, and many Mortal+ templates. It's open and ready to go - come check it out!

RE: JibberTheHut's Playlist
I'll always highfive you for the relationship we had between Claudine and Alyssa. No hateage here!

RE: Need a Job/Place to Live?
The world could do with a few more like you. I hope you find someone genuine to take you up on your offer. Good luck

Congratulations on running with this. Looking forward to seeing it open!

RE: MU Things I Love
Running across a player that really enjoys running plots, ST'ing stories and driving RP. My shout out goes to Howell Davies of Fallcoast for this, who seems to have infinite patience as I fumble my way through the mechanics of cruac in scenes. Don't know if he lurks on these boards or not, but if you get a chance to play with him, pounce on it.

RE: The Secret Life of (Your) Pets
@Arkandel Absolutely not! I think cute only gets snarky with cute when MUing. And I don't let her mush.

RE: The Secret Life of (Your) Pets
I lost my Bearded Collie of 15 years back in the Summer, and in November I finally gave in and got another dog. This is Mabel. She's a golden Tibetan Terrier and everything not nailed down seems to reappear in her bed. She's incredibly naughty, but completely adorable. (Edited to add: Sorry for size, no idea how to make the pic smaller)

RE: Dead Celebrity Thread
Liz Smith, MBE. Probably won't mean anything to anyone outside of England, but another brilliant actress who'll be sadly missed. Night night Queen of Sheba x
