@HorrorHound The Santiago I'm familiar with is Santiago (player, not staffer) from TR -- who was also Jeurg@HM, infamous creeper. But he's, to the best of my knowledge, literate enough to not just c&p miles of text from nature/demeanor WW material into non-WW games as a wiki page.

To the best of my knowledge, he also doesn't even have, uh... how to put it delicately (where the fuck did I leave my tact?!)... that level of, er... artistic 'prowess', since he needed to ask for help on that stuff on TR. (I'm trying to not sound like the photoshop snob I am here, I swear to gods.)

@Bobotron Oooh. I will steal that. I won't use it on the current project but it'll be handy. (I found a vignette cheat, and love it too much to abandon it for the current layout; I end up using the |###px thing in the file tag currently in-template.)

@fatefan Let me know the basics of what you'd need -- or if there's a good example of the kind of page you'd like to make, and I should be able to get something over to you.

@fatefan If you're using mediawiki (I can't help with wikidot) I may be able to help toss a few templates and whatnot your way if you let me know what you need.

@il-volpe If I knew a single thing about wikidot, I would offer to help with whatever security measures I could offer there. (Sadly, I only know how to handle that for mediawiki. ) Because that's just... I would be Ms. Murderbot, and have already blocked those IPs on my wiki. (Because fuck that guy.)

Did they mention who the creeper was, as in... was it one of the infamous creepers of legend? The behavior sounds eerily familiar.

@Insomnia I still can't believe people are generally not prosecuted for the SWAT shit. That blows my fucking mind. Talk about something that should land someone in prison for pretty much ever, as it is not only horrifying levels of harassment, but is putting people at risk in more ways than I can count. (The people in the home, the authorities, and the people that might be harmed while the authorities are having their time and resources wasted.) Sadly it will be unlikely to ever be recognized for the issue it is until somebody actually fucking dies, which is only a matter of time.

What in the actual hell inspired somebody to be so fucking crazy? (@il-volpe, I know you are a sweetheart and doubtless didn't do anything screwy, but I'm curious what this dude freaked out so badly over, and if it's something like 'was not allowed to play a unicorn'.)

@magee101 The system would be Fate, if nothing has changed there. I don't think there's a game book for the setting, which looks like it's an original (and awesome) idea.

...this. Very much this. I love my relatives. I love my friends. There's a reason we don't all hang out at the same time. Hell, different groups of my friends hanging out together -- or different groups of my relatives -- would probably end in some kind of riot involving creative profanity and violence (but surprisingly good food).

Bear in mind, I also decided at the start of this year I'm simply not logging into facebook or similar until somewhere around February 2017. Not in an election year, all the hells no. We will just not be doing that again. <-- the lament of the terminal libra independent moderate.

I knew it'd be something simple that I was just completely and totally missing. Thank you many times over.

I look at the function list, and my eyes begin to cross. I do not know which function, exactly, I'm looking for -- but I'm reasonably certain there is one that does what I want.

I need a function that will take a string, and substitute an underscore for each space in that string.

I am sure there has to be one -- but the ones I'm finding want a specific number of elements in the string to replace. That's not so handy when the number of elements (spaces) in the string is going to vary.

Pretty sure if there's something that does this, somebody knows what it is -- and I'm sure it's something stupidly simple I'm overlooking, but I've been looking for a solid hour now and my eyes have completely crossed.

Help? Please?
