So this past week I made a friend.

At first I saw this friend in a parking lot at my local corner store.

I fed them for about 3 days...

Until, not without minor bloodshed, i got them home...

Anyhow, meet Goblin.

Immediately human friendly, currently living in my Mom-in-laws room. We are taking it to the vet this weekend, to check for microchipping, to properly sex and all the other things one does. Hopefully it belongs to no one else because i will fite them.

So i don't get out to all the games I used to, and I am typically a WoD player, but I do hear about things outside my normal WoD circle, and it sparked an Idea, possibly something someone somewhere has done before, but mebbe not, but I am interested in trying new things.

Anyhow, as i was swimming this morning (1am, just a bit stoned, it's a lifestyle) I was thinking about how to make the world we are building in Miami a little more accessible to players and Storytellers. The idea is to have a Roster of NPC's that are prominent non-player figures in the area, perhaps Lex Luthor types, Antagonist organization movers and shakers etc. that speople could check out for plots and the like, and leave notes for the next persons to pick it up, perhaps with thier own secret motivations and plans.

Does this sound appealing?

Player: You wanna join anyway but have a problem with one of those things: Hey ST, 75% of this plot intrigues me but descriptions of gore are a big nono for me, when we approach that scene can we make an excuse for my PC not to be in the room, but allow me to move on from there?

ST: Why certainly, how about when it comes tot hat gore I emit to the rest of the players and let you be uninvolved or only give you a vague detail of 'bad stuff in there'.
