That was my immediate, knee-jerk sense based on the 'No one wants to play pretend' post. The 4chan troll always always always starts off with a post like that. A low-ball, shallow end of the pool, 'this seems harmless, but will still get people riled up' and then it's off to the races with the racism.

With the caveat that @WildBaboons is the ultimate owner and decider of such things, from conversations I've had with him, I don't think Aes Sedai are going to be locked behind any kind of barrier to entry, other than perhaps knowing enough about Aes Sedai to play one.
There will be balances to be made across 'how much do I want strength with the five elements of the Source' vs 'how much do I want to have other abilities and advantages', but that in and of itself is a decision for the player to make.

If people want to come in as Novice/Accepted they are welcome to but the storyline itself is only going to last a year or two so would not be enough time to be Raised from start to finish

I did the whole story starting at Novice... only for the game to close shortly after she finally finished. XD

I wanna start as an Aes Sedai, so this is good news. Totally gonna play a Gray again.

I've twice now on Euphoria opened a public scene and left or open to become a slow scene and only a @Cobaltasaurus alt later joined. So there's definitely people willing to rp.

Additionally, my personal frustration has been in finding people willing to buy into plot. I was given a staff plot to take over and run and had.....one pc from the race it's for show up to scenes. I haven't even been able to finish it. I've put out whenisgood and scheduled at the times that people say they can make it and only that person consistently shows up. That isn't on Staff at all. I feel like it's a continuation of an issue I've had with MUs for years now where if it's not a add running a scene, people don't care. (Inb4 'but arx' - Arx is the exception to the rule in this).

Here in MD we call Pepsi, Coke and similar things "soda". LeCroix, Jarritos Mineragua and similar things, we just call "water".

Can confirm on the soda front, having grown up in MD.

...but I can't speak to the fancy water since I moved away before that fad.

That is a very strange to have only IPv6 setup.
When they got the internet installed, the installer must not have configured the v4 also.

They could prob call the ISP and see if it can be enabled (some ISPs can remotely pop into the router and adjust things for you if it's a router provided by them!).
