All my friends quit MU*ing already. If I ran a game I would get to abuse everyone equally.

I like MOO grids. I don't like sandboxy +temproom grids.

Nepotism sucks and people who give out positions/perks based on it suck.

The only kind of person who would ask a friend for special favors on a game is a shitty person.

Shitty people are friends with shitty people. Ergo, you're a shitty person if you give your shitty friend the shitty bonuses.

I want to see games set in kooky, mysterious small towns. Bonus points for those small towns being in Maine.

I came back to Sanctuary to find everyone standing on the roof of my newly built house. Arms akimbo. Eyes straight ahead.

It was like some creepy, bizarre ritual gone wrong.

I... am not afraid of deathclaws. Thanks to awful pathing in the game you can pretty much avoid ever being hit by a deathclaw by just going up some stairs. Or standing on a ledge.

It might take a lot of ammo to kill them, but my most recent character uses a switchblade exclusively (serrated, of course. It does a ton of damage and attacks a million times) so I have tons and tons and tons of excess ammo to spend.

Melee is really the way to specialize in Fallout 4. My character started out with strength 10 and good endurance/agility and I've yet to run into any trouble or even die accidentally like my gun character seemed to do constantly.

Why would you throw out a spoiler for Swan? That was probably the coolest moment I had in the game; stumbling on that, screaming in real life, and fleeing in a mindless panic.

nWoD is for hipsters. oWoD is cool kids who are certainly not uncool and shut up trenchcoats are cool and so are katanas I said shut up!

I'd wager more people like oWoD than nWoD theme-wise. Not everyone's a hipster after all.

RL Peeve: I'm sick of people constantly trying tell me how the Pope is trying to create a new world religious order where Protestants (or Christians, as they call themselves. Because Catholics aren't. Right.) are persecuted.

This is a thing. This conspiracy... is a real thing. That people keep trying to convince me of.

It's loads of fun playing in long-term leagues where injuries matter and team management has a real effect. I've been playing it a while now and I'd really enjoy it if I had some friends to do 'friendly matches' with. My team, the Rat City Roadkill (sorry, Eldritch people!) are like, 5-0 right now. Come play with me and get stuffed by rats. :3

I'm torn between keeping complaints anonymous and letting people know who their accusers are.

On the one hand, it protects victims.

On the other, I've been on the receiving end of complaints before and only given some vague 'You did bad stuff, but we can't tell you what because then you'll figure out who complained' reasons for it. I wound up removed from a game over it.

And years later I found out what it was, and it was something I had nothing to do with and was just some jealous girl trying to remove some other girl's RP partners through frivolous sexual harassment complaints.

...I think I just reminded myself why I don't play on MU*s as much as I used to.

And after playing Blood Bowl 2 a little bit, it's pretty great in multiplayer. You can create and join leagues and your team is persistent throughout the league ladder. They have Skaven, Humans, Orcs, and Dwarves as playable races in the beta with a lot more to come as the game gets closer to release.

I'd suggest to anyone who's a fan of tactical games, warhammer, football, or just watching terrible things happen to poor, innocent skaven.

It's easier to be an asshole and apologize later than to not be an asshole.

Blood Bowl 2. I got it. Multiplayer beta is open for play. It looks pretty damn fantastic thus far.

On a side tangent...

I've got a peeve for assholes who, after I've worked a 13 hour shift, call and say they're running late and ask me to clock them in. And oh, can I work a couple hours of their shift for them. Then resort to trying to blackmail me when I refuse.

Armello just got full-released. From everything I've heard it's a pretty fantastic 'classic board game-type' type game that's good for friendly friends to play with friends.

Anyone else considering buying it?
