Like I said, I do truly hope it works for you but gosh they seem to love denying women and add diagnosis.

I always got "if you lose weight your depression will be better." Turns out I have bipolar so they gave me meds that make me put on weight, with some as needed meds that slow metabolic systems down. And still the nurse lectures me about my weight. Things have have been "caused" by my weight over the years:

• Polycystic ovary syndrome / endo
• Trapped nerve
• Migraines
• Asthma

Also Gee, I'm fat? I totally did not know! Wow! Losing weight might be good? Wow, why didn't I think of that...

I don't think this person lacks self-awareness. I don't think he's blind to his own faults.

I think he knows exactly what he's doing and is being purposefully manipulative by accusing others of faults he knows they might care about, but that he personally doesn't. He's playing gotcha. Can't accuse people of being immature if you can't conduct yourself maturely, now can you? Don't lose face. Stay dignified. Be tolerant. Even as I behave in a manner that is undignified, intolerant and inconsiderate towards you. Gotta prove you're better than me! Otherwise we're the same, you and I; don't stoop to my level.

It's just another variation of the ol' 'so much for the tolerant left'.

I definitely got this. He gotcha'd so gleefully that as soon as I banned him he ran to discord channels with the log claiming he caught an Admin treating him badly because I called him on his shit. I was grateful for both channels owner's disinterest or rejection of his bullshit.

I get to go to a meeting about deaths in my speciality where we will look at them, consider the actions and make clinical recommendations for funding etc. I am very excited and grown-up about this... definitely a Real Genuine Grown-up (RGG) at this moment. The meeting is in London and I am travelling first class because I am an RGG.

Just finish the job. Shoot her at least three times at range, wait about a minute, call 911 while she bleeds out, try to sound like you're confused and in shock.

Seconded for the mouth guard - having one made for me really helped. Had a second one made after dog ate the first one.

I have my mother in law staying. This is a woman who had to move villages because she alienated all of the people. For context, this is the village where, in Northern Ireland, the Orange march starts in the Catholic carpark. This is the woman who told my sister in law that she wasn't feeling like going out, when SIL asked her to bring a sandwich because she slept through the food round during her chemo...

I have done presents, stockings, food shops.

At a discworld mud meet, in a pub, the barman comes over and tells us two of our lot are shagging in the toilets. When they came upstairs, they got a whole pub standing ovation. It would have been before photos easily went online but I do still have a picture of one of them gesturing his opinion at the camera...

I made a thing. The waistcoat, not the man. Seven hours. Patterns need better instructions.

Our community whataspp might have saved someone's life last night. It is... odd to think of that. It is ok to not be ok, people. Call for help before you reach for any way out that is too end-game.
