Is play about recreating the writing style and resolutions, or something else?
If the former, you don't need any system.
@wildbaboons I wish. The parent corporation has dental. The insurance form you fill out has dental opt-in. The pricing sheet the company gives you has dental priced per program.
The company that my spouse is a nurse for DOESNT pay for the dental.
They don't tell you this. I could have kept my previous dental insurance.
We found out by going to the dentist.

And, I am back-back!
NooooOOOOoooooOOOOOooooo I had hoped you had escaped.
There is no hope anymore.
How the fuck does a company full of BSNs, RNs, etc not offer dental insurance?
I do not forgive nor forget anything I believe arises directly from the person.
I may allow another opportunity to show change.
if only there was a Wilt* meme.
****=You know***
It sounds like in addition to RP Hooks, people might consider listing foil scenes they might be open to or looking for.
How many of you have a fixed IP? Not many.
Unless these IPs are being used, or even reasonably at risk of being used, I wouldn't worry about it.
Then again, I've had access to many of your IPs. OOOooooooooOOOOOOOooooooo.
I'm going to go with "it's a dual perspective" meaning it's both the character in the fiction, AND in the readers/audiences perception.
I think that is most important for likeablity, as in you can love a grouchy, mean, horrific character as a reader. Likewise, involvement, characters in games and books often do things "off camera" either from the point of view of other characters, or the audience itself.
Just stuff to think about.
@icanbeyourmuse Do you do mostly verbal, mostly written, any in character "poses", or even text descriptions of places and characters? I am wondering how much MU* behavior works well. My group tried a long time ago, and some were trying to make it a MU* and some were doing as spoken tabletop.
@mietze Maybe that's the sort of benefit that the Federal government should mandate?
But then again, I hate States.(Sometimes)
Did you have any suggestions or advice on using Roll20.net, as in how might a MU* player best transition to it. Asking for potential players and DMs alike.

Successes are the usual.
Explosive Success is 1 Success and you roll an additional die and decide if you want to add it to the results.
Opportunity is like Advantage, adds detail.
Strife means emotions are rising, which isn’t necessarily bad.
Roll Ring (Stat) rating in Ring Dice and Skill rating in Skill Dice, keep the results a number of dice you want equal to the Ring value being tested.
Tests can require several successes. 1 is easy, 2 successes is average.
No opposition dice, so overall much simpler than Star Wars.
I wasn't a huge fan of Cortex when it came out. HOWEVER, there was a book called the Cortex Plus Hackers Guide, meaning hacking the rules, and it explains very well why Cortex is designed the way it is, and how to fiddle with it. I think that is a fantastic document to read if you want to play Cortex, let alone design a game for it.
Hero! because if it can take 5 hours tabletop to resolve 12 seconds, imagine the fun online!
(I say that actually liking part of the Hero game experience as played)
Now I want to make a WoD themed (not necessarily the same game system) MUD.

@arkandel said in How old are MU* players?:
I'm pleased to see a wider demographic of younger folks than I expected. Not sure how newbies get into MUSHing these days but somehow it's happening.
So make a poll.
