The swastika can be found on Indian coins going back almost 2000 years: alt text

But it's also found on Greek coins going back about 2500 years: alt text

Just as a point of interest.

I want these things. So I keep reaching out and I hope someday they'll be able to do so in return. Maybe.

You've reached out but have you ever actually said as much to your mother? Explicitly? From the sound of it, he's a lost cause but she might be persuadable.

I eat meat frequently. Usually pork or chick, sometimes beef. I don't like to think about where it comes from. I'd happily eat vat grown meat if it tasted the same and was affordable.

@Sparks Get a cheap chair on wheels and just wheel yourself around without needing to put your foot down. A used one should be cheap.

There were also previous successes like Vulture in Homecoming, Zemo in Civil War, Kingpin in Netflix' Daredevil series, and Loki overall.

Okay, point. I'll grant you that Zemo was a sympathetic villain. Killmonger just stood out more for me as someone who could have been a hero had he just gone in a slightly different direction. Zemo, not so much. Or at all.

I still haven't seen Homecoming or Daredevil so don't know Vulture or Kingpin and Loki... Well, I don't find him at all sympathetic.

But, somewhere, someone got the idea in their heads that Thanos had to be 'relatable' to the general audience...

      One word: Killmonger.

Wearing a yarmulke is a sign of respect to those who do. If one attends an Orthodox wedding, for instance, yarmulkes are in a box by the door of the synagogue for those who don't normally wear one. I don't see having Trump in one as a dog whistle, merely a sign of Netanyahu's influence over him and no more significant than if it were Putin and he was wearing a cossack's hat.

ETA: The Star of David identifies who it is. I'd have had a hard time guessing without the symbols.

@Warma-Sheen I'm not seeing it myself. I'm guessing that it's the usual 'any criticism of Israel is automatically anti-semitic'.

We've now been open one month. We have 66 approved characters, 23 of which are original characters. In 15 hours, the limit of 1 media character goes away so the approved character count should increase a fair amount as people add another alt, thus increasing the diversity of characters and RP opportunities.

And it did. So I took the shotgun off the wall and I fired two warning shots. Into his head.

Texas sucks. When I applied for SNAP assistance after I was let go, it was 'Here's some money to tide you over while we process your application. Once it's done, we'll add the extra.'
