I don't get the whole 'Touch the X' 'Touch the colored light' indirect sort of crazy stuff people seem to favor.
If something makes me uncomfortable, it's on me to say I am uncomfortable. I would feel like a mong tapping a freaking symbol instead of saying 'Excuse me, this makes me uncomfortable.'.

I lived with my family for the past eight years. I paid them 400 a month rent, plus I paid for 3/4 of their utilities and handled all their yard/physical work. I did it because they needed the help and I wanted to be with my family.
Now as soon as I stop providing for them, it's this. It just... yeah.
Months after my family cut me off I get a text today from my mom saying she is 'praying for me'. I've spent this entire time miserable. Waiting for them to text me to apologize. To say something.
And what I get is a condescending, tone-deaf text. If I could punch life, I would.

Both ways are pretty awful and hit you right in the feels. That's why it's my favorite book. I honestly believe it is what made me grow up to hate racism so much.
They played a a bar in Houston and I was like ten feet from the stage at most. Small place, totally packed. The entire audience was explosive.

I decided not to buy tickets to see Metallica/Volbeat because I don't like stadium shows.
But I saw Volbeat live a year or two ago and they were fantastic. Totally my favorite live performance at the time.
Right up until I saw Sabaton live, and I had to buy new pants.
In Austin, use Fasten. They pay their drivers better and are a local company.
I did the poll about Uber. Because fuck Uber. Austin kicked them out once and it allowed small, local ridesharing companies to do great. Also cabs in Austin are cheap, anyways. Uber is... no. Just no.
