The audacity of one of my PCs. I love it. It makes me giggle endlessly. I freaking love my characters (all three of them) right now SO MUCH. They are all just delightful, even if my main is midst walking through her own personal hell in a lot of ways.
Also, having RP partners that understand that heavy RP is heavy and can have an emotional impact, and who behave with above-and-beyond levels of caring surrounding it. While I miss my PVP days on occasion, I am finding more and more than I have more CONSISTENT and REGULAR fun in PVE environments when I aim my focus on collaboration.
Okay, good. I will not worry SO MUCH about doing it then, since it sounds like I am in good company!
Yeah, IT wise I’m still very anti iPhone as a work phone, for a wide variety of non-nonsense reasons (starting with phone recovery if someone messes something up, lose a 1k piece of equipment once to a bad password and you’ll know what I mean) but I have to learn to support them, because we have a few for equally valid reasons as not having them.
This is the easiest way for me to learn. Sigh.

I understand. I'm still incredibly bothered by the context of the situation. Really, really bothered.
It's not that I disagree with the general sentiment -- let the dead rest, keep the things separate -- it's the timing and nature of how this came across. The issue here is that there was a rape trial the guy bought his way out of, which makes people pretty sensitive. Previously, when people have commented on issues that dead people have had, there has been discussion, good and bad. When the rape thing is brought up, the conversation is shut down and 'keep it separate' NOW becomes an issue. I don't disagree that it is an issue, but I am upset that it is only becoming an issue when it's someone's sports hero and the issue is rape. That hurts.
