Ten enter one leaves this is thunderdome. Can we crossbow anyone we like while we're observing thunderdome?
Alas, my kitchen is not very big. Trying to find a way to store air fryer, instant pot, and the countertop convection oven.
Instant pot was a good pickup for a small kitchen, it's so versatile.

(Also, some people really, really like it for doing eggs in a sort of Japanese soft-boiled style. I never really got into them that way so after experimenting for a bit I gave up, but your mileage may vary)
Hmmmm. Marinated eggs for ramen.... @Lotherio what do you think?
That does sound good. I'll reduce water to what i like sometimes and drop eggs right on in. I did do oyster and srirachi. I want to try that with egg now. Heh, ramen is versatile. It's so easy to add good stuff too.
I'm addicted to instant pot.
A favorite is pulled pork. Get 4 to 6 pound of your favorite part. Cut it up into 6 chunks. Through on your favorite dry rub ( garlic powder and onion powder if your not sure what a dry rub is, experiment from there). A little oil in bottom, saute in high. Just get the outside a little. This gets some grease to Brown not quit bkacken in the pot for the next part. Put those chunks aside.
Put a little water in and scrap all that Brown stuff of bottom. This is the base. Throw in Apple cider vinegar, 1/4cup or so. Some ketchup/ mustard, srirachi, to flavor, a little Worcestershire. Put the meat back in, water until the meat is mostly covered then pressure on high for an hour. Natural or show depress for 10 minutes then vent. That pork will fall apart just trying to get it out with tongs. Pull apart with forks.
My way for the high pressure cooking mix. After you scrape the bottom, do rice vinegar, oyster sauce, soy sauce, hoisin sauce, a little Louisiana hot sauce, some brown sugar.
I can't say the measurements I eyeball it, but mmm.

I'm addicted to oyster sauce. It is mana from the heavens. Any sauce I make lately, bbq, rubs, anything has this mixed in. Don't tell my kids they'd freak out probably.
I ran out recently because any time I make ramen I just dump sriracha and oyster sauce in that bitch.
I'm finishing beef veggies, but that made my mouth water. I know what lunch well be tomorrow.

You'd think they'd have figured out Azeroth probably needs a united force to defend it by now
Then they'd have to call it World of Peacefulness, which is trademarked by the races of Nozeroth who've yet to release product but are adamant about keeping the rights to their world theme.
Follow up, Dark Crystal should be starting up on Netflix soon too. Gelflings are just muppet elves, I'm guessing this is start of their rebellion before Skeksies vampire them all. Looks promising, for me at least.
...I kind of just want to watch some kinda sweeping fantasy with elves in it that is not LoTR or the Shannara Chronicles again. Whatcha got for me re: recommendations, interwebs?
The Dragon Prince, I like their elves so far.

Not the time to bring up Spar Oom but crickies a lonely goat man in the closet talking to kids about magical journeys someone dial CPS.
Thus was had the great ball/butt/undie discussion of 2019. And me with no bleach for my eyeballs cause I poured it down a drain.
These are good, first spicy chip that was spicy without me adding on anything.
... And the Saturday morning D&D cartoon was kids going on a ride and getting stuck in D&D, meta enough the a guy called Dungeon Master gave them magic items, classes, and guided them on adventure.
Cameron Boyce from Jessie and Descendants film series...

There were certainly black people out west during cowboy days that probably had some thoughts about slavery.
Just curious what others think.
What if someone wanted to do a western ranchers Sheep Wars/Cattlemen/homesteader conflict theme/game But everyone was literally apping in ex 10th Cavalry members to be experts in Native Relations? Does the game runner change demographics to be a Buffalo Soldier centric and instead focus on Indian Wars themes instead, limit apps someway to fit the meta they planned, or just let players in explaining there will be no focus on military and/or racial issues of that magnitude?
Again I'm only curious. As an aside 10th Cavalry would be fun but like anthro in supers genre, players would play it 20+ shades of wrong that it would probably be insulting with so many layers of implicit bias and prejudice.
Just to throw it out here.
A remix of Into the Spiderverse. Crossing dimensions doesn't infect anyone with some degenerative disorder that kills folks who go out of their native dimensions for too long and everyone is an OC spider-person concept with some deviation of the spider bite story, some other family member killed, and other little twists to the backstory outside of various recreations and what-ifs from the main comic line.
I think there are still a few floating around (single theme anime Mush/muck/muse)? One sailor moon joint, which may finally be dead(?), had a pretty good/quick system to get into play fairly quickly. I always thought it would be good for a simple comic/supers system. It was like you had three things and three levels to assign. You had one high power, one medium power, one low power - and the three things were attack, defense, and other (which included like heal or teleport or maybe just support?). High attack beats medium defense (sort of rock paper scissors); but you could work together so a high defense friend could shield or something. Not crunchy, but simple and to the point. More fluff than anything. When you set the powers, you took time to explain what it was and did, like high attack, like Silence Glaive Suprise (I had to google this), does some cool stuff with her glaive thingy, kicks major villain butt, shakes the planet, does cool side effect things, this that and the other describing what it looks like and does.
That was a tanget, but I think some are still out there, just niche and the players that want to play do? But like mentioned, I don't see them advertising here so much. I guess that's the weird thing, if people see a place with ~5 players, around here that's assumed dead but sometimes its the same group playing the place, they just know the times each other is active to RP. I've gone to a few and tend to find them rather welcoming, its just coordinating my time to get into RP that doesn't always mesh.
Why must everyone disagree on FF in all the threads?
***=Duck rolling you all***
Definitely congrats there!!
In other news, I find myself in need of new employment. Any volunteers to pretend to be professional references.
Just watch your caller ID, if its a US number, you don't know me, otherwise I was lead on all those 'cover ups' they may ask you about. Just make it sound good.
