I had fun enough with their Star Trek game with my TT group. For a MUX I think I'd suggest using GURPS and their Prime Directive line.

Death. I know it's dumb to rage against such a natural thing but I just lost one of my cats, one I've had for 19 years, and I'm alternating between sadness and rage.

Yeah, I guess I should clarify. It's not that I was never a fan of his, I was just never a fan of 90210. I did dig him in the original Buffy. Now I think I'll go watch Riverdale. So sad.

@Wretched I'm pretty sure I stole it from somewhere else so go for it. It really did help with RP quite a bit. We ended up with whole families getting played. It was quite fun.

We do this on the private WoD game I run/play on. Most players create a number of NPCs related to their PC that other players can check out or take on permanently. We think it works out wonderfully. It's added a ton of RP to the things we do.

It's gotten really bad with the mentality of "I don't like X...X must be destroyed and any involved with it sent to jail or murdered!" My wife and I have a side business where we self-publish Splatterpunk novels. We have since had to start using pseudonyms and we tell NO ONE what our writing names are after people showing up at our house threatening to kill us for...fictional things we wrote. Keeping in mind that we only publish through the Kindle Unlimited Program so though our philosophy is "horror without limit" we have to keep things to a certain level just to keep our stuff published. So it's not like our stories involved the raping of babies or anything. Even so because of some of the stuff we touched on it triggered a small group of people and resulted in one of the most bizarre nights of my life. My point is that these things hit on even very small, personal, scales and it's just bizarre.

Daredevil is totally appable. I don't think he's taken(I'm not on the actual MUX at the moment) but you can log on and hit +roster to see who is there and taken.

I say every season I'm gonna give it a try but I'm gonna push myself to make it happen this time.

I'd love to see Dragonlance done right.

@Rucket I've encountered some graphical bugs there were highly amusing, a few side missions that never completed even after I rescued the hostage or whatever, and some funky character death animations but that's about it so far. My preferred loadout right now is a rifle with an assault rifle backup. And I'm loving the turret skill. In The Division 1 I never used any version of the turret aside from the flamer, here the standard turret rocks. I can set it behind me and know it actually has my back. It's nice.

Also, I think the cover system is much more important in this game than the first one. Some of the people I know who aren't liking the beta are still trying to use the old Division 1 "run around like a headless chicken" routine and it's not working for them. I'm liking it very much.

I haven't been able to play it a ton but I'm really enjoying it so far. I really have no complaints about the small portion I've experienced on the PS4 so far.

I'd be all for a Trek game. I'd be willing to help out in any way I can if anyone was interested in putting one together.

Hey, thanks! The past few days have been rough as I've been hit by a semi-truck named the flu(worst flu I can remember ever having) but the game itself is going great I think!

In addition to having a number of great characters available we are working on getting some teams going! Steve Rogers has been working hard on prepping for an Avengers team, I'm hoping for a villain team soon, and hopefully, we'll have a ton of stuff going on in Gotham for an unofficial Gotham Knights type team.

All in all the game is doing better than I ever could have hoped. Thanks to everyone who has helped make this happen!

I work in a hospital and nothing burns my ass more than listening to a nurse advise parents not get their kids vaccinated. It drives me crazy.

I've been struggling with this very thing. I love RPing and I love this hobby but I also have a job, friends, a wife, and other shit that I do. So what I've done is I've set aside MU nights(Sunday and Tuesday) just for RPing a few hours at night or during the day. If I get more in during the week, great, but if not I have those two nights scratched out to have fun.

Yeah, we've had a good first couple of days. I'm very excited.

Sadly a major storm is likely going to limit my access this weekend but I'm hoping to start plots up next week. Exciting stuff!
