Yeah. I don't think the pace will be breakneck at all. Sure, RP will probably happen a lot, but actual spell development and character growth are going to be at a more measured pace just because of how this version of FS3 works. So it's going to take time for people to grow into their magical powers and stuff, which is great. It's not throwing people into the deep end all at once.

Any non-8 bit inspired RPGs or such games you guys can recommend for the Nintendo Switch?
I've a new one but for whatever reason games like Mario Odyssey just don't do it for me for long. Or I can happily play Kart in local mode but I'm not really into that kind of style of game overall.

I've been trying to think up some concepts, but it's hard!
I'm thinking something medical-related. Anyone have some ideas?

@Tat I tried looking at the provided links in your post, but keep getting error messages on those pages.

I feel like it should be possible to find the shift needed to cover color blindness in one or more forms, but that may be easy to handle on the client end.
Well the issue there is that there are several kinds of color-blindness. This site is good for understanding the impact of the different kinds.
So unless you actually have the player input which kind they are and custom-design colors for them, you can't really make a shift that works well for everyone.
As @Ninjakitten says, it's better to use color as an auxiliary signal rather than the primary source of information. In Ares, for instance, all success messages are green and errors red, but the underlying text in either case clearly states what's going on. The colors are nice but not essential.
Hrm. I'm not sure how hard it would be to make it so players could choose what colors to use for certain things, like messages or what not. But that could be cool. Guess that would also be dependent upon said player also having a client that supports a wide range of colors as well.

There are some bloodlines OP has put out there. Khaibit for Mekhet is really really well done.

@rucket If you want to call me a liar for not being willing to publicly post screenshots of the private, real life business that was shared with me, I invite you to call me a liar until my dying day, because there is not a snowball's chance in hell I'm going to violate the privacy of third parties as regards details of their real lives in order to satisfy you or any other member of the peanut gallery.
I mean you are alleging that certain information is being handled improperly or could be used as some sort of instrument of retaliation. Other people are throwing around a comparison to VASpider, which I think is a bit extreme. And now this thread is really just a tool to lowkey air dirty laundry.
I'm with whoever said things should have been handled privately with Arkandel in the first place. I don't really see what purpose any of this serves other than to cause more gossip and shit.

I agree but there seems to be a number of people who are confirming that some amount of behavior happened here? I'm not really sure what the benchmark needs to be if several people who have been targets of these rumors provide credible confirmations that they were targets of this behavior.
I don't even know. At this point I feel like we should air everything out. Throw all the logs of all the conversations out there so we can see what the truth is and what's not. Otherwise all we're going on is people "saying" things. Like, I'm glad @Arkandel is trying to handle this in a way that's diligent, but now we have accusations being made that people have access to IPs. Well yeah. Forum admins do, and I assume all the admins here check peoples IPs when they start shit posting to make sure it's not one of the troublemakers who have to be repeatedly banned, or people who have done some vile stuff in the past.

Im not dragging anyone. But there are posts in this thread which are outside "mildly constructive".

Well this thread started one way and has gone in a different direction. It should get moved to the hogpit if people are gonna start dragging folks in here.

You should. Step away from the internet for a week. Focus on RL stuff. Maybe you'll feel better about things!

Bork: Opposed by the ACLU (like Kavanaugh). Alleged extremist.
TBH, Bork would fit right in now. His major black mark was thinking a right to privacy didn't exist in the US Constitution. I bet certain parts of our government would love a judge with such opinions these days.

Darc began coding for us before he made his own game. One day, Darc was gone and suddenly had San Francisco up which had references about The Reach’s news files. When I asked him how he got all of this stuff, he said that he was building a CG for Miami and was just testing it there. At that time I had not seen the other references to The Reach and have since been approached about Darc taking our flatfile with the shell access he had.
He won’t be on Miami staffing.
Holy shit. This is a total scumbag move and a huge violation of trust. What the fuck.

RE: Have you ever cosplayed as your/a MU character?
Well, when I had to put a suit on for work, I guess I was cosplaying my cop on Fallcoast since he wore a suit a lot. Though I didn't have a badge or gun on me.
